It is a natural vaginal delivery of twins. It is possible if the first twin is in the head-first (cephalic) position and there are no complications such as placental abruption or fetal distress. The mother and fetuses are closely monitored during labor, and assistive devices such as vacuum extraction or suction may be used if necessary. In some cases, a cesarean section may be required for the second twin if their position changes after the birth of the first twin. Vaginal delivery of twins is considered safe when performed under close medical supervision.
